Blog Introduction

Welcome To The Collins Athletic Performance Blog

Knowledge is Power and the goal of this blog is to empower individuals who truly value their health and performance!

This includes a wide range of individuals, from athletes looking to improve their performance to medical professionals looking to expand their knowledge to help their clientele! The goal of this blog is to lay out the tools needed for performance and health, while helping you navigate the confusing world of strength and conditioning! This blog will be a resource for current day literature while also delivering some anecdotal evidence of our own work that has been integrated with some of the most elite athletes in the world.

Everything included in this blog will be scientifically based, with that being said, the S&C world is full of contradicting viewpoints so we will be providing our insight on the literature while providing how we integrate the techniques and tactics that we chose to implement with our own clientele. The goal is that this blog will be a place for learning, critical thinking and expansion of knowledge so we welcome all questions and critical discussion. Having said that, all of our post will have an open comment session, we hope for good critical discussions, and even criticism, but we also emphasize that the conversations on this site must remain respectful, and anything outside of that will be removed.
